Launch of Project SHAKTII (Start-up Hub for Advanced Knowledge, Technology, Innovation, and Integration)

On 24th April 2025, the Chakra Dialogues Foundation (CDF) formally launched Project SHAKTII — the Start-up Hub for Advanced Knowledge, Technology, Innovation, and Integration — at the Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi. In his Address, CDF's Founder and Director, Wg Cdr Satyam Kushwaha(Retd) described SHAKTII as a mission-driven ecosystem designed to identify, nurture, and scale ideas of strategic national importance, spanning deep tech, dual-use technologies, defence innovation, and socially impactful solutions. Marking a key moment for India's innovation landscape, the launch was held before an audience of distinguished guests, partners, and collaborators committed to strengthening the country's Comprehensive National Power A defining feature of the launch was the announcement of CDF's partnership with the Indian Space Association (ISpA), positioning the space sector — with its strategic, economic, and technological dimensions — as a central pillar of SHAKTII's work. The founder articulated a vision of SHAKTII not merely as an incubation platform but as a bridge between innovators, researchers, startups, policymakers, and industry leaders, co-creating solutions aligned with national priorities. Emphasising people over infrastructure, he called on young minds, institutions, and stakeholders to join hands in this mission.
