Bharat Drone Manthan 3.0: Advancing Innovation, Startups, and Drone Technology

Bharat Drone Manthan 3.0, organized by the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI)and co-created by Chakra Dialogues Foundation (CDF), brought together policymakers, defence experts, industry leaders, technology innovators, startups, and academia to discuss the future of India's rapidly evolving drone ecosystem. Held on 30–31 July 2026 at PHD House, New Delhi, the conference focused on policy, emerging technologies, innovation, and the growing role of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) across sectors such as defence, agriculture, logistics, infrastructure, and disaster management. The event provided a valuable platform for meaningful dialogue between government, industry, and entrepreneurs, fostering collaboration to strengthen India's drone ecosystem and support innovation-friendly policies. A significant milestone for Chakra Dialogues Foundation (CDF) during Bharat Drone Manthan 3.0 was the introduction of Project SHAKTII (Startup Hub for Advanced Knowledge, Technology, Innovation & Integration). The initiative aims to provide end-to-end support to startups through mentoring, industry linkages, funding opportunities, and strategic partnerships, reinforcing CDF's commitment to advancing innovation and strengthening India's deep-tech and defence startup ecosystem.
