CDF Spectrum is the Chakra Dialogues Foundation's standing watch on the shifts — geopolitical, economic, and technological — that bear on India's Comprehensive National Power. Where our Research vertical publishes long-form studies and our Articles carry considered argument, Spectrum is built for pace. It tracks movement: a change in posture, a new trade alignment, a technology crossing from laboratory into deployment, a shift in how a neighbour frames its interests. Entries in this section will typically cover: 1. Strategic and defence developments across the Indo-Pacific and beyond 2.
